The National Center for Electronics Recycling

The National Center for Electronics Recycling (NCER) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development and enhancement of a national infrastructure for the recycling of used electronics in the U.S. through 1) the coordination of initiatives targeting the recycling of used electronics in the United States, 2) participation in pilot projects to advance and encourage electronics recycling, and 3) the development of programs that reduce the burden of government through private management of electronics recycling systems. The NCER currently manages a statewide network of collectors and recyclers under the Oregon electronics recycling law and program known as Oregon E-Cycles, and has conducted successful collection events to raise awareness in West Virginia.  Follow the links to find out more about current NCER projects. http://www.electronicsrecycling.org/.  The NCER also is the leading national organization providing unbiased and critical data on electronics recycling program across the country.
